This post has been a long time coming but I'm so excited to share about Hillary and Kurt's Wedding! If you are dreaming of a Tuscan wedding a little closer to home, Running Hare Vineyard may be the perfect fit for you! Hillary and Kurt met through an online dating site before falling in love and we can safely say, the rest is history! Hillary works at a financial firm in Towson and Kurt serves the community as a police officer in Baltimore city. They now live in the Baltimore area with their two adorable huskies. The romance of the vineyard with its dramatic grape arbor was exactly what Hillary and Kurt were looking for as the gorgeous backdrop for their wedding and it did not disappoint!

We started the day at SpringHill Suites before heading to the vineyard to put the finishing touches of preparing for the day. Since spring was late this year, there was a chance that the arbor’s growth wouldn’t be fully covering the archway, but thankfully when we arrived, it was just like they had envisioned. Hillary and Kurt opted to have a private first look and portraits before the ceremony which gave them a little more time afterwards to enjoy part of cocktail hour with their guests. The day was warm and sunny with a few precarious moments when the clouds threatened to pour down onto the gathering guests. There was no shortage of laughter and conversation throughout the day with a few tears during the commemorative mother-son dance with Kurt and his Aunt as well as from Kurt when he saw Hillary walking down the aisle towards him. It was such a beautiful wedding! Congratulations Hillary and Kurt as you both start your married life together as Mr. and Mrs.!
