Miranda and Jordan's Ellicott City engagement session at the Shrine of St. Anthony had the most beautiful (albeit windy) weather and glowy sunset last week! When scheduling the session, Miranda shared with me that, although they were interested in engagement portraits, they are actually already married. Jordan and Miranda met online a few years ago through Puppy Playdate and were married at a courthouse in 2018. They got "engaged" this past May and are in the midst of planning a big wedding for 2021 but wanted to have engagement portraits done since they never had the chance before. Miranda runs her own business as a nurse and certified newborn care specialist who often works nights but that hasn't kept them from carving out time to spend together as a family with their son. These two were so playful together and you could tell that they love laughing together! I love that we live in a place and time where romance is never cookie cutter and we are free to make our own love stories. Congratulations you too!
